Review of the Wicked Circus Online Slot

Wicked Circus is the third and most recent installment in Yggdrasil Gaming’s unique Jokerizer series. It has a similar subject, layout, and characteristics with the preceding two games. The game will be recognizable to anybody who has played Jokerizer and The Dark Joker Rises, the previous titles in the series. Wicked Circus has the same Jokerizer mode and Mystery Win feature, as well as the same 6,000-coin jackpot, but there are a few minor differences.

Regarding the Online Slot Machine, Wicked Circus

The online slot game Wicked Circus was released in October 2016, following in the footsteps of the successful Jokerizer and The Dark Joker Rizes games from the same software company. It has the same five-reel, three-row, and ten-payline layout as the other Jokerizer games, with a minimum wager of 10p and a maximum stake of £20. It also has the Autoplay and Max Bet features that players are used to, with the opportunity to select an unlimited number of automated spins.

There are six standard symbols in Wicked Circus, which will be recognizable to anyone who have played past Jokerizer games despite their significantly altered appearance. Again, the highest-paying regular symbol is the star, which pays 300 coins for hitting five on a payline, while the number seven awards 200 coins.

Specifics, Uniques, and Symbols

As expected, the Joker emblem is central to everything in the Jokerizer games. During the basic game, landing three or more of these symbols anywhere on the reels awards a Mystery Win. Three Jokers pay between 500 and 1,000 coins, four Jokers pay between 800 and 3,000 coins, and five Jokers pay between 2,000 coins and the jackpot of 6,000 coins. The rewards are somewhat smaller than in other games.

Any win during the basic game unlocks the Jokerizer mode, which allows players to boost their winnings and chances of winning. All earnings are added to the Jokerizer’s balance, which may be collected or used to spin for 20 coins. During Jokerizer mode, landing two Joker symbols awards a Mystery Win of 40-400 coins, but the feature terminates when you win 500 coins or more.

The first two elements are shared by all of these games, while the third feature, the Hold function, is exclusive to Wicked Circus. After landing two or more Jokers in Jokerizer mode, you have the option of collecting the Mystery Win or activating Hold. This will lock the reels that hold the Jokers while respinning the other reels, giving you the opportunity to win even more.

Hold spins cost 60 coins and may be retriggered until five Joker symbols appear. The rewards are less than in the previous two Jokerizer games, and there is no random free-spins element as in The Dark Joker Rises, but the Hold option is a welcome addition. This is no ordinary circus, yet when those Jokers arrive, you may find yourself doing cartwheels.
